Yes, I understand where you’re coming from. The problem for me is that, for example, we have seen entire nations sue.
Time and time again. Tribal nations continue to sue the federal government for years of suffering, and rightfully so. However, too often, it becomes impact litigation. It doesn’t necessarily bring Justice. And so sometimes the price of what is lost along the way to seek Justice is greater than the decision to stay the course, even though something is indeed lost along the way for personhood.

I agree that I wish we could take more action. I think we’re starting to see that more and more, thank god.
